TAJ MAHAL Gong with motive 'Love Yantra' for Luck in Love

This beautiful flat gong was lovingly handcrafted in India. The work of art is the result of 2.5 days of work - 2 days the metal was rolled and hammered, before the yantra with its decorations was finally applied in several hours. Each gong is unique with its own overtone-rich sound character.

A yantra is a geometric figure that symbolizes an aspect of the divine and is always enclosed by a "wall". Yantras are used for meditation. The pictured symbol in the center of the gong represents 12 lotus leaves, symbolizing long life, health, honor and happiness.The yantra represents love luck and is used in India as a symbol of luck for weddings.
