Shipping costs

Our shipping costs are fair, because we only charge the actual costs for shipping and packaging. We ship with Deutsche Post and DHL.

All prices plus statutory value added tax.

The shipping costs shown in the online store are preliminary. We keep the right to adjust the shipping costs depending on the actual shipment sizes and numbers.

If several parcels are required for a shipment due to volume, the listed shipping costs apply per parcel.

Bulky goods surcharge: will be charged for parcels that weigh more than 31.5 kg or whose dimensions exceed 120 x 60 x 60 cm (L x H x W)

Germany including German islands

Order value over 500.00 EUR net: We deliver within Germany free of shipping costs. For shipments that consist of several packages due to volume, the 1st package is free of charge.
Excepted from this is bulky goods shipping.

Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic,  Austria

Europe Zone 1 - non-EU

Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Great Britain

Europe Zone 2

Andorra, Italy, San Marino, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Vatican City

Europe Zone 3 - EU

All EU countries that are not in zone 1 or zone 2

Europe zone 3 - non-EU

All European non-EU countries that are not in zone 1 or zone 2, e.g. Norway

Zone 4

Ägypte, Algeria, Georgia, Israel, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Russia, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey

Zone 5

USA, Canada, Mexico and most Asian countries

(Subject to change and depending on the actual dimensions/weight of the shipment. Prices plus statutory value added tax)

Payment methods

The following payment options are available:

• Pre-payment with 2% discount
   
• SEPA Direct Debit within the EU. The direct debit is collected after 7 days with 2% discount
  You issue us with a SEPA direct debit mandate, which must be signed by you with a legally binding signature and sent to us in the original by post. We will be pleased to provide you with a form for this purpose. This payment method is available to you from the 2nd order on.
   
• Invoice within 14 days without discount. Is only possible from the 2nd order.

Minimum order value

The minimum order value is 100 EUR net. If the minimum order value is not reached, we have to add a surcharge of 5.00 EUR net.
