The carefully selected raw materials of sage, rosemary or various flowers are dried and used for smoking. Similar to traditional incense sticks, the tip of the incense is ignited with a flame and blown out again after a few seconds. The resulting smoke from the glowing materials can be used for the spiritual cleansing or energization of rooms.
Our incense is perfect for use with the abalone shell incense bowl, where the hot incense can be placed to enjoy the intense fragrance to the fullest. The incense bundles can be divided up as desired to spread their use over several occasions.

White sage: It grows in the southwestern United States, mainly in California, and in northwestern Mexico. Sage is a well-known medicinal plant. Most of its properties are found in the leaves, which absorb the sun's energy to produce many essential oils. It gives off a pleasant and relaxing fragrance. Scientific studies have shown that the leaves and stems contain jaceosidin, which is known for its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects.

Blue sage: Blue sage belongs to the same family as the well-known white sage. It gives off a herbal and floral scent, similar to lavender and much softer than white sage. Blue sage is said to increase happiness and prosperity and strengthen inner power and spiritual growth.

White sage 7 chakras: The 7 leaves embody the 7 chakras of the body and can either be removed from the bowl before smoking in order to treat only specific chakras; specific chakras to be filled with the cleansing smoke or they can remain in the bowl together during incense burning to gradually address all Chakras.

To smoke the loose incense safely, we recommend using a heat-resistant bowl and using it in a well-ventilated room. Do not inhale the smoke directly, ventilate the room after use. Do not blow directly on burning leaves, burning leaves can easily be blown away. The size of the leaves can vary from harvest to harvest. During periods of drought, the concentration of essential oils in the leaves is higher, while the nodules are often somewhat more compact.
